I reconnected with this beautiful family recently — I went to college with Dad — it’s always so fun when you stumble on old friends by accident! Loved everything about this session, from the light filled rooms to the sweetest interactions with big brother and little sister.
I’m so excited to share images from a recent newborn session in Loveland, Colorado. We spent time photographing Mom, Dad and baby in their cozy home before venturing outside to a nearby park for outdoor photographs.
A dear friend expecting her second baby. Photographed on Contax 645, Fuji 400H film, scanned and processed by Richard Photo Lab.
A recent lifestyle newborn session, captured in the studio with Mom and her two children. A studio option is available to all clients, year-round, at no additional charge. Images captured on medium format color film.
Completely obsessed would be a great way to describe this newborn session. Hardly do I get to work with sweet, smiley older siblings (most of my clients are first time parents, believe it or not!), plus this mama’s home was filled with so much light.
This home newborn photography session in Denver was so beautiful. Older sister was bright-eyed and full of personality, completely smitten with her new sister. Baby was also bright-eyed and awake for our entire time together! I think eye contact with newborns is one of the most beautiful things. I always welcome it when it happens. […]
This past Spring, I had the honor of photographing this at-home motherhood session for this beautiful family in Denver, CO. Brittany and I met many years ago, before she became a mother, and this year I got to capture their family of 4.
If you are expecting or are a mom of a newborn baby, the thought of an in-home newborn session probably evokes many thoughts. Concerns about how your home will look, what you will wear, how older siblings may behave, if the newborn will sleep for the session… all very legitimate feelings.
